Lost and Veronica

Lost, ABC. I'm skipping Smallville for this because I figure that the WB would, at some point, replay the season premiere.

• Matthew Fox is foxy. I know that was major lame, but I couldn't help myself. (Giggles uncontrollable for a minute).
  
• How many months did the pregnant lady say she was? I don't think pregnant women are allowed to fly after 6 months.
  
• Major explosion.
  
• How cool is it to see Dominic Monaghan.
  
• I recognize the pen guy from Smallville. He played Lana's "not exactly alive" boyfriend.
  
• Ew. Sewing up a wound. Nothing worse.
  
• Cool airplane cutout from palm? leaves. If they could somehow harness that creative energy and use to get off the island. If only.
  
• oooo...something scary this way comes...
  
• If Lost is anything like Alias then I'm in.
  
• Wow. That was some turbulence. And aren't they supposed to lean forward and put their heads between their knees in emergencies? Or have they changed things? I haven't been paying attention to the safety presentation in a long time.
  
• I'm guessing dinosaurs. Why not?
  
• I'm amazed that most survivors only have minor cuts and bruises.
  
• Funny moment: Dom's "howling."
  
• OMG. I think the pilot looks like Wes? from Alias. It looks like him. Right. Climb out of the window to see what it is. Yup. That's a good idea. Oh. No. He died. And it IS Wes? from Alias. Awww...he only gets a cameo.
  
• I'm hooked for now. It has a Jurassic Park feel.

Veronica Mars, UPN. I love Nancy Drew, and I love mysteries, so I'm tuning in.

• Oh. Advance Placement. "Essay on Man" by Pope. Hey. I studied that in Brit Lit II. Hooray for me knowing something.
  
• I love sitcoms/drama situated in high school. Truth is told: I miss high school. I don't think I ever got it out of my system. I feel like there is so much I didn't do/take advantage of. I want a redo.
  
• This series is edgy, not the "rosy, little girl helps her daddy out" type of series. I like it already.
