"I am sorry if anyone was offended by the wardrobe malfunction during the halftime performance of the Super Bowl. It was not intentional and regrettable."--Justin Timberlake**NO Janet Jackson exposed boobie here; if you want to see a pic or take a peek, just google it. Hey, I'll help you out, though! After a night's rest and some time to review all the facts, there is no way that it was an accident. If you saw what she was wearing with all the studs on the breast plate, the piece of clothing couldn't have come off that easily. Plus, JT's hand was conveniently near her right breast when it happened. And JT still had the costume in his hand. If it was an accident, why wouldn't he drop it? What in the world is he trying to pull off? [oh. ha ha. no pun intended. ;) ] Still, why did Janet have the "nipple ring thing" on if it was an accident. Wouldn't it be incredibly uncomfortable? The costume was like a corset. He looked like he wanted to tear the costume off, and he did. Too many things don't add up.
Now comes all the rhetoric. Of course, it was an accident. What would JT and Janet say? They have no choice but to deny, deny, and deny. Now they're sorry? Too late. I'm sure many people wondered what could possibly top the Britney & Madonna kiss. Well, here you go. Except you don't have to watch MTV to see it, just watch one of the most televised sporting events in America: The Super Bowl.
Plus, they've pissed off the FCC. ha. ha. Just fess up. It was stupid. It was a mistake (to want to pull a stunt like that off, not whether he meant to tear the whole piece off). It was a stupid mistake. This is a prime example of bad judgment. JT's apologizing like he knew what he did; he knew before hand what he was going to do, and the backlash is causing him to retract and apologize. I suppose JT was only meant to rip off the breast plate but not the red lining. What a stupid gamble. Just shameless self promotion. I guess JT had to have her naked by the end of the song, but more so than anybody wanted him to.
The half time show wasn't all that great, anyway. I love Josh Gorban's performance, but the astronaut and the moon skit was funny. I don't mean to be disrespectful, but when I saw the astronaut, I keep thinking: "who's that guy in the funny suit?" It seemed cartoonish, not celebratory.
