A Moleskine for me

My brand new Moleskine arrived tonight. What a surprise! I thought it was going to be delivered in April/May along with the 2007 Pocket Diary I too ordered.

It's a large Rule Notebook.

I guess I'm going to stop looking for the 2006 Pocket Diary on Ebay. Too expensive for me even though I think I overpaid for the 2007 version, but at least I know I'm going to get on before they sell out. I'm going to use my ruled notebook as a substitute for the 2006.

It's smaller than I thought even though I brought out the ruler to find out how big 5 x 8 1/4" was. I've always thought that it should be larger, but now that I have it in my hands, it's a nice size. Fits nicely into my hands. And this is the large. I can't wait to hold the Pocket Diary.

Now I'm researching the types of pens that are worthy of writing in my Moleskine. I found my old Sakura Gelly Roll pens and my Uniball Vision/Eye too. They are my two favorite groups of pens. I wonder if there's an archival, acid-free version of the black ballpoint bic pens that are my absolute favorite? That's what I'd like to find if possible.
