TV: #1.3

I just realized what I'm doing with the TV column thing. I'm on a clandestine mission to corrupt people. I'm trying to make people watch more TV. HAhAHAhAHAH...I'm so unbelievably evil. On to the column that I'm just making up as I go along. BTW, I feel incredibly important and superior when I get to say, "on to my column" or "here's my column" or any variation of that.
I love the NYT because someone wrote an article, 'The O.C.' Rewrites the Rules of TV Writing, on one of my favorite shows: The OC. It focuses on the show's creator, Josh Schwartz, and his rise from a nobody into a promising Hollywood screenwriter.

Recap
I should really be recapping the shows I've listed in the last post. Sort of like the Watercooler on tvguide.com. It makes sense, but it's a pain to do.

Tonight's Sunday, a great day for TV watchin'. Alias, High School Reunion, Charmed, and a lot of other things are on.

Alias, 9 CT, ABC
This is must see TV show, like the fantasy version of 24.
Arrested Development, 8 CT, FOX
This show is hyped as one of the best, so I'm gonna hype it too. I saw a few episodes earlier on, but it's on at the same time as Alias. Sorry, but I need my Sydney and Vaughn fix. And I can't tape it because I'm already taping HSR...
High School Reunion, 8 CT, WB
A chance to relive your high school years through people trying to relive theirs.
Crossing Jordan, 9 CT, NBC
It's about serial killers this time.
You've Got Mail, 9:30 CT, TNT
Now one of my favorites. Watch out for my bookstore. It's in there.
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit 2004, 8 CT, SPIKE
For the boys because I'm cool like that.
Some of you may or may not have noticed (again, I'm addressing my imaginary readers of my TV column), the first issue, I went all out with pictures, layouts, introductions, and detailed explanations. However, by the second one, I've given up on pictures, and the introduction is gone. Plus, I only listed one thing for you to see: Room Raiders. Yeah. And the recap for Wonderfalls didn't happen. In this third issue, no pictures (or I'm not planning on any). I've become sort of bored with this idea. It takes work and dedication to compile a good, strong column. I need to do research (head to tvguide.com's listings). Plus, the deadline is difficult to meet (because I wake up so late). I don't think I can keep up with the creative demands a column calls for. My vision for my own TV column was a dream come true. I love TV. It was a perfect fit. Now, it's slowly and painfully dying a slow, painful death. I've lost the spark. I no longer care.
